- Eating properly as a daily habit...especially on the days leading up to competition.
- Stay away from sugar, caffeine and alcoholic drinks.
- Plan ahead for tournaments and trips. It can be hard to find the proper food when you are travelling. Bring the appropriate items with you so that your nutrition doesn't suffer while you on the road.
